I ordered a pair of wellingtons over two weeks ago. They accepted payment and I received an email the following day telling me my order had been shipped. 3 days later I hadn't got my order so I called and left a message on their answer phone. Nobody called me back. Mon 9th I phoned again and was told I should have had my order so they would contact their supplier and send it again. Friday 13th still no order! I called again and was assured it had been sent via Parcel Force. I asked them to email me the tracking number which they never did. I emailed them again and had no response so I phoned them yesterday to cancel my order and the guy told me my order would arrive today (Tues 17th) and just not to sign for it. I told him after waiting all this time when I could have got the wellies elsewhere far quicker I wanted them if they were going to arrive the following day. Well I'm not holding my breath as it is now 12.45pm (Tues 17th) and still no wellies! I am so frustrated at the level of incompetence within this firm. This is the first and last time I will shop with them.

Was sent a low stock item - both boots were split and appeared to be second hand as there was clearly wear on the soles. Took a week to arrive and a further 10 days to refund me the money. No response or apology from customer services. I would not recommend their service. Also found same (and unworn!) boots much cheaper locally.

Purchased some Posh Wellies for a festival, arrived next day with free delivery, no problems at all. Great site, easy to navigate. Thanks

I am so disappointed and angry at the service i received from Fred's Clothing. I ordered from Ireland and let them know i needed them urgently (within 4 days) at the time of orderingI was assured they would be delivered by a certain day and despite all this, i still had to call on the day of delivery to try and get a tracking number to find out where my order was. I was then told that they couldn't deliver them in time, and that they had cancelled my order. When i called to voice my disappointment and annoyance i was given a seemingly blase apology and told that my card would be refunded.I will never deal with them again.

Liked the site. Lots of funky stuff. Liked the jewellery but I would prefer to see more. will shop at Freds again.
