Bought an Agnes tent from them through Ebay. There was damage to the fly-mesh also pegs had been used . We tried to contact them through ebay and they flat out refuse to communicate, leaving me having to wait for ebay to go through resolution procedures to return the tent and refund. Still no communication from them throughout the several weeks they made us wait, very churlish and unprofessional in my opinion. Why they thought they could fob me off with a damage/return or a second-hand tent is beyond me.

You can always judge a company by the way they handle any issues, so I will shop elsewhere for my outdoor needs in future

I have recently been researching online for a top quality waterproof jacket and had settled on a Keela Munro jacket. Next find a good price for this item and came across franticelix. Knew nothing about this site or online store but as price was paramount decided to give them a try. Order placed.

I then realised I had made a mistake and telephoned to see if I could rectify ,phone answered problem sorted . item delivered in quick time and exactly as described. Good communication, good service, good prices what more do you need..... . Could not be faulted, so therefore would recommend this store highly.

Ordered a Bear Grylls jacket from these guys as they seemed to be the cheapest on Google Shopping. I couldn't find any reviews of this store so decided to take a gamble for the sake of saving £10, and I'm glad I did. I was kept up to date on the progress of the order via E-mail right up to dispatch, and having ordered the jacket on Thursday evening, it being dispatched Friday morning, it arrived at my front door on Monday AM. I don't usually review online shops unless I have a complaint to make, but can't help but feel that these guys deserve a positive review for anyone else that finds themselves in my situation.
