I placed my order on 12.9.16 for Christmas presents for husband. Never received. 5.8.17, still have not received. I contacted them several times, then when they finally answered, they said there was question about the order. I had never heard there was an issue. I answered the question then and received confirmation of the sizes. Still no shirts. I have canceled my order and requested a refund. No shirts and no refund so far. BEWARE, I BELIEVE I WAS SHAMMED.

I live in the DC area and am suited up every day, and many times work every day. I have always had a hard time with shirts because I have a thick neck and chest and a skinny waist. NOTHING off the rack will work other than a tent. I needed something that looked smart, but that I could buy often without going broke. Once I got the "drill" down, it's been a joy. My measurements are in the system, they're easy to adjust when needed and response is always quick and efficient. I highly recommend - they give amazing service and quality.

So I ordered a shirt through these guys for a wedding thinking that they could get me something of good quality. Why not, their site looks great and they seem to be very up with social media, etc. I am now 7 weeks and waiting for a shirt that was supposed to be delivered over a month ago. I have tried to get in touch with the company through chat, email, messaging, and phone with no luck. These people have the worst customer service, and if they were based in the US they wouldn't last a month given how poorly they conduct business.

Please do yourself a favor and go through someone else.

Fitcustomshirts.com are theives! I am not sure if they have created all these reviews, but I ordered 6 shirts from them and received only one. Now everytime I communicate with "Ray Johnson" I am told the balance will be shipped in 3 to 4 days. It has been over 60 days. They are not located in Canada, they are in Pakistan.

Shame on me and you if you order something from them.

Most fathers are worried about the dressing of their kids, especially for boys when they are grown up. My son has never been into formal dressing and simply hated the shirts and other stuff. However, all of his notions are changed since he has started using custom dress shirts from Fit Custom Shirts. He said the website was easy to use and he liked that he could follow the progress of the shirt between ordering it and it being delivered. Now he mostly get dress in formal clothing. I myself have ordered couple of custom dress shirts and hope to see them soon.

So I'm about to get married and I wanted to order custom shirts for my groomsmen. The website ( fitcustomshirts.com is not designed to order multiple sizes so I contacted the company and the next day they sent me an excel spreadsheet to fill out. I did and sent it back in. They quoted me a price, but failed to give me the discount they advertised on the website. So I emailed them and told them them I would like the discount they advertised. They applied this to the order the next day. I then checked the shipping on the website. Turns out on the quote they were charging me for shipping extra shirts as well. So I emailed them again and let them know they were still charging me to much. They responded the next day. At this point I started to get nervous. I found more reviews on the company and read through the website in detail. Turns out there are multiple reviews saying the shirts are not bad but are not a custom fit, they are to big. Then I found on the website itself that they pad the shirts by 5, 6, or 7 inches. So I ended up talking with them on the phone which was difficult in itself because of the amount of time I had to wait. Once I was finally able to talk to a representative he blamed the cost mistakes and wait time on a computer glitch. We ended up arguing for some time about how to measure shirts. He told me they would pad my shirt 5 inches I told him that was to much. He told me it was not. I told him it was. He told me that I was wrong and they would pad my shirt 5 inches. I told him that was not going to happen. He asked me to measure a custom shirt I had made previously, I did. Turns out this previous custom shirt was padded 1 inch. He told me I gave them the wrong size measurements from my body. (I had a friend measure me and it was quite accurate). At this point he told me to measure the shirt instead of my body and to have all of my groomsmen do the same. So I went back to my groomsmen to get custom measurements. But getting measurements is difficult when you are in a time crunch and your groomsmen are scattered across the globe. This combined with the poor customer experience I had experienced so far led me to cancelling the order. Which I did, and I did again... normally I hear back within a day from them. Turns out when you cancel an order you don't hear back. It has been 9 days and counting... I just finished filing a complaint with the credit card company, hopefully they can get a response.

Got the first shirt out of 3 I ordered, and it fits like a dress. Extremely long, it goes well beyond my backside and due to the way they had me measure it actually fits like a dress and shows off my buttocks if it's not tucked in. The waist and chest and extremely roomy, and I've washed it twice.

Now I haven't talked to them yet, I fired off an email asking what I should be doing to make it fit like I expected or if it's even my shirt as I did not get a shipping notification, just a package a few days early.
