The goods purchased. Gabriella Silver Prom Dress. Was lovely. Looked like how it did in the website and fitted very well. Pleased with my purchase.

Delivery. Charged £6.80 for next day delivery which is done by royal mail and is packed in a grey plastic bag. Felt like more like I had order from eBay. However fast delivery as I had ordered after the 3pm on a Monday which according to their site I would receive on Wednesday but the dress arrived on Tuesday.

Customer Service. First email was replied within 10 mins and the second email took a few hours to get a reply and I had mark the second email as urgent.

Quality of website. The website is not of the best looking I have seen and is very simple.

Value for money. Dress was a reasonable price I say this as I am not sure is it was originally £110 as they say as unable to find the dress elsewhere however I had a 10% off code so I only paid £63.00 for the dress.

I would recommend as although there is not many choice for casual clothing, the site does have a good selection of evening dresses to choose from if you can ignore the repeated products.
