Ordered 2 items. Not received. Refused to issue refund. They also took the money straight away, not upon dispatch as you would expect.
The website is down, they do not respond to emails and the phone number on the website does not work!! A clear sign this company is just a sham.
Do NOT waste your money (no matter how impressive their website looks).

I Had Ordered A Dress From Exclusively.in In July
I had ordered a dress from exclusively.in in july and it's march, I haven't received my dress or my money. I have left them a bunch of emails asking for my dress or moneyintially, they said they would send me the dress and later they said they would refund the money in my account and here I am without the dress and money.

I had my sister in India order a Anju Modi outfit from ExclusivelyIn, what we got left us wondering if this is the kind of product AM sells. ugh...there was no label identifying it as a designer product and it said silk in the website but was not, it was some kind of georgette and horrible quality cotton. The print on it was off on one side, all faded. We paid a lot of money for this and had a horrible experience. Going to return it and hope to get our money back.

Wish I had read some of these reviews before I placed my order. Never again will I buy from this site . Infact I will think twice before ordering from any online site. It been 6 wks and there is not even a tentative date of delivery. Horrible customer service. Big mistake !!!!!!

Bad Customer Service
The site has amazing designer stuff and I bought clothes on sale. The prices were great but the delivery took 10+ weeks despite the site saying 6 to 7 week delivery. The sizing information on the designer website and ExclusivelyIn website doesn't match. They have not made any effort to change it either. They don't accept returns on many items and the whole process has been very troublesome. You can buy from your favorite designer if u know the sizing and are in no hurry to receive the clothes.

Expensive And Poor Communication
I had bought an item from this website 13 months ago . I now receive a bill for charges relating to duties NOW , making the piece of item I purchased very expensive . I would not recommend this website to anyone . They provide a poor service and ripe you off .

Worst Customer Service Ever
I am really not sure how this company manages to survive despite its atrocious customer service. Once you place an order it goes into a black hole. You will not get any response to your order inquiry emails, if they do bother to respond it will be that they will check and get back to you. I am very frustrated and will never place an order with them again.

I received some goods a year ago and now 13 months on I am being sent an invoice for customs duty and excise for nearly the same amount as the goods. What are my rights seeing that it's over a year? This will be my first and last order with them.
