I feel like I'm talking to a brickwall with this company I now need a total refund inc P+P I spoke to someone on the phone who said he will issue a full refund as everything is now faulty but they can't seem to understand plain English

I have been waiting for my refund of the clothes that i sent back in January. I have to date not received the refund. I have been treated unfairly, the customer services have been nothing but rude. Please stay away from this company, you will loose your money if you ever had to return the goods. I have been told so many lies, I just want my money that they owe me. Please please be careful.

terrible company, they owe me £171.29 for goods that i returned in january 2 days after receiving, i done everything right that they asked enclosed invoice which i did with a covering note. Have now sent over 40 emails, not one email back from them. everytime i phone, i get cut off, please could anyone help me with getting my money back from such a poor, cheating company.

please stay away from the company, unless you want to loose your money, also the quality of the goods are awful.

I am totally disappointed. I ordered a dress in size 4-6. They sent me the size 8-10. I returned this item to the store. They refunded me only the cost of the dress. I spent 5.5€ for the post service to send the wrong item from Latvia to UK. It was their own mistake and they don't want to pay for it themselves. I haven't got my money back. It's awful organization. It seems to be cheep shopping. But when they send you such trash, this shopping becomes twice more expensive.
