I first used this company several years ago the order was late but product excellent since then I have placed an order last May!!! tried phoning tried faxing tried emailing no response maybe somebody else has taken over this company and messed it up it looks like ive lost my money and have to find a different company for my business workwear I know its hard out there but taking peoples money with no contact in my book is theft I have a fraud investigator in my family so will be passing all the information on these guys across to him who is in close contact with the police.

Beware hes at it again different name UK Workwear ltd he will text you from details u previously gave from previous orders not received by them offering the same service i would say be very careful ordering any clothing over internet go to ebay and use stitch & print 100% great service wont lose your money embroided workwear site gone but this is his new one beware before u get ripped off again

Ordered items in middle of June they took the payment twice I asked for immediate refund of one unauthorised payment took them three weeks on their stupid ticket system to reply and say I must submit a copy of my bank statement. So I did all other things blanked out and no matter how many times I have contacted still no reply and now you cannot even access their website or ticket system.

Will be paying a visit with some others and hopefully they are where they are meant to be and will be dragging the money out of them!

This will not be the end of it from me that is for sure!!

We ordered off this website twice over the last three years with no problems so we put an order in at the beginning of July and still not recieved anything! They was quick enough to take the payment!!! Have not had any correspondence what so ever. NOT happy that they dont have a contact number and the ticket thing is a complete scam!

ive been waiting since the 30th may for my order that cost me £26.00 im going to my bank to claim it back from them.no one everyanswers the phone and you cant contact with the email or fax scammers.....

Ordered 17/3/12. Nothing.....The 1st 3 months just received copy and paste references to there hidden small print saying can take upto 60 working days. Well that passed and now they dont answer at all. Just done a charge back from Visa card. Avoid like the plague!!!!!!!!!

I ordered work wear on 17 02 12 waited the 60 days the small print states still no gear. customer sevices none exsistant cant phone won,t answer emails this company is a joke .one good thing i found out if you paid by debt card visa you can claim your money back this is a new thing from visa the same as your credit card go into your bank they will put your money back in your account. and get there money from this mickey mouse company
