I recently got Preethi Eco Plus from eastwestusastore.com and overall, it is great product as we all know, Used couple of times. Made rice and lentil batter and turned out good. But it makes it noise. I have to hold on to the cap otherwise the cap comes out. Wish the lids have lock system.

I placed an ordered for a cricket bat a week ago and I haven't received any status updates via email or phone. I have sent them two emails and left one voice message but received no response. I can't believe they survive with such a poor customer service in USA. I would not recommend it to anyone in future.

I purchased my sari and salwar kameez, and I have no complaints about.The staff there was very warm and welcoming and I thank them for providing for my last-minute needs.I expect to return there and purchase more saris in the future because I am satisfied with their customer service and I appreciated the family atmosphere.

Then i got to see this really beautiful Indian dress in red from eastwestusastore.. i very much liked its color and embroidery done on it. On ordering i got it in no time and is much beautiful to wear and carry it off. Amazing collections at the store and that too at worth prices. A must watch collection for ladies i must say !!
