Purchased a dress from the DYLANQUEEN.COM online with tailored measurements. It arrived in 2 weeks even with express shipping. The dress was $133.00 and they charged $35.00 for the tailoring and $15.99 for express shipping. When it arrived it was cut and measured wrong it was made of sequence not lace it was 3 feet too long and the wrong color. It did not flow and looked as the sewing on the sides had pins while it was getting sewn. It was terrible and so heavy it looked like a curtain. After 9 days of constant e-mails with several people. They had began offering 5% of the dress value and I had to send them back the dress at my expense. Then the next offer was 20% of the dress value at my expense to send them the dress. I continued to request a full refund and for them to send me a return receipt postage for the dress they continued to deny this. It clearly stated it on their return policy if by fault of there's a full refund and return postage but would not comply. They have no # to contact them directly and they only send there first names they sent a different address when the dress arrived and via e-mail was sending me another to return the dress. I did not trust these people not one bit. There final offer was 60%dress value with me to return the dress with my money or 12% of the dress value and I could keep the dress. I would ask them to call me and to abide by there own policies online. But they would never comment I had no use for the dress the another tailor stated he could not do anything it was all wrong....

I told them finally I was done with them to send me the crappy 12% that I was done with them. They said I would receive it in 3-14 days because of my bank. They processed my $183.99 in minutes of my purchase. They located in China or Hong Kong based on the addresses! I had to purchase another dress elsewhere for my daughters prom and they did not give a crap.... Most 4 star reviews online are NOT actual people I could not find one that was legitimate. They have several other online stores with different names... BUYERS BEWARE!! I'd b lucky if I ever receive the $15.99 that I paid for s&h from them!!!!! Contact your cities Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commissioner and rat them out !!!

I got my dress two days ago, and i purhcased it from Dylanqueen.com two weeks ago. I think i am luck with this order, the dress comes with no problems. Fit me perfect! The important thing is it arrivals in time!! I need it to my friend's brithday party. I was happy when in opened the package, so stunning dress i got! I would recommand Dylanqueen to all of my friends. I like you, Dylanqueen people!
