I was appalled by the "service" dressesy provided. I had seen a dress I decided if but for my prom and was willing to save up the £122 inc. delivery it would cost but who can price up a teenage girls dream prom dress. So I slaved away at work to have enough money to afford the dress. Payday finally comes and I have enough money in my account to buy it, so that was what I do. Well so I thought, I placed ONE order that went through the PayPal secure payment method and it goes through SIX times. All these times they were to take out a different amount and it was never the fixed price. Overall they tried to take out £400 within the same minute before my bank decided to deactivate my account. I have never been so disappointed with online shopping before and I will never buy anything without reading reviews first. I am 17 years old and a victim of an internet scamming attack.

I ordered a dress which when it arrived looked nothing like the picture shown on the website. When I e-mailed for a refund they said they would give me £15 and asked me to keep the dress!! As you can imagine I was disgusted and after several e-mails eventually told me that for a full refund I would have to ship the dress to CHINA which would cost me approx £40 plus tax. I would then have to wait about 21 days for a refund after they had inspected for any damage. In the end I had to accept £55 refund, the most they would give and kept the dress. I cannot wear this dress and it cost me £165. Stay away from this company as if anything goes wrong with the dress you will not get your money back.

ordered 2 dresses on the 29th november 2014 spent £250 then on the 22nd december i got a bit worried as i hadn't received anything so i looked on the website and theres NO FONE NUMBER SO I STARTED TO PANICK.

i then wrote several email and this ffiona lady kept replying with A STUPID RESPONE so eventually i had to tell these awe full people my dad was a policeman and my mum worked for trading standards THEN ffiona started to reply properly you can tell this is a company from ABROAD FROM THE REPLY IN THE EMAILS!!!!

well to cut a long story short i WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE BUYNG FROM THIS SITE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT THERES NO FONE NUMBER AND WHEN MY DRESSES FINALLY TURNED UP THEY ARE AWEFULL HORRIBLE NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES WRONG SIZES THE MATERIAL IS CHEAP SO THE BEST PLACE FOR THEM IS IN THE BIN I WONT SENT THEM BACK AS I HAD TO FIGHT TO GET THESE DRESSES AND I KNOW FOR A FACT IF I SENT THESE HORRIBLE DRESSES BACK I WOULDNT EVEN SEE MY REFUND

1. If your items are badly made as my 3 dresses were and do not fit in any way you WILL NOT get your money back or anyone to listen even when they tell you they know the items are rubbish. They will tell you to go away and sell the items to someone to get your money back. If you want to buy something nice for a wedding or party DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THEY ARE TERRIBLE. Trading standards are looking into the matter for me.

I bought the dress and I love it! It only took two weeek to ship and the size was perfect. People complain about the quality of the dresses but my dress was exactly what it looked like on the website and felt great.
