We bought a dress thinking this was a uk site. We received the dress but it was sub standard. They refused to give a return address, Avoid

This company may say it is in the UK, but it is not! You have to wait weeks for it to be delivered. When my white evening dress was delivered it had a massive red stain down the front. I contacted the company they stated that it was a mark made by the person sewing the dress and to wash it. It was not a stain that would come out in the wash and why are they sending products with stains on? I contacted them again and they have ignored every email. There is obviously a reason why they have no address or contact number on their page, they do not want the hassle they just want your money!

I purchased a dress with the delivery date as 3-5 days. Three weeks later they are saying it has been delivered with a signature by a named person I do not know. I have tried to contact them with no joy and now feel I have lost over £100. DO NOT buy from this company, it is NOT in the UK but from China. Very bad, costly lesson. :0(

I received the dress late for my daughters prom. They do not reply or contact you at all. I can't get a return address from them. There is no telephone number. They do not reply to any of my emails. Now they have the money they don't want to know. My credit card company are looking into it but re also having problems as I received the dress so it's a service dispute now. Do not touch this company !!!!!!!!!! I only put one star as I had to put something here, I would not give it any stars. Tacky dress too! I didn't know it was a chinese company until the purchase went through and all paperwork is in Chinese.

After we ordered something we got no email confirmation, but the amount was immediately debit from the credit card. The debit company is located in China. After trying to reach them, we find out that there is no phone support and no response from mail. The noted awards are not true (as we found out). And the side was registered in Nov. 2012 even it is written that the shop is years old. The side is registered to a privat person, located in Germany.

Try to call your money back from the credit card and inform the police.
