I bought a beautiful dress for my 18th birthday ball and it looks amazing! Fit me perfectly! It did take quite a while for them to deliver but it was worth the wait. I would definitely buy from them again, I'm so glad I found this site!It looks identical to the picture on the website.100% satisfied!

i am disgusted with the customer service AT DRESSESPRO this is an awful company. i ordered a dress for my birthday masquerade ball, i wasnt given much notice of the event so i have 3weeks to find a dress, fit in it and like it, so i found one on this site. NO WHERE on the site did it say that there was a back delay due to 'spring festival' EVEN after adding to cart and finalizing purchase there was still just the option of 'standard delivery' which in the smaller print was suggested 14days. after TAKING my money from my bank account, they then email me to say " due to spring delivery you will receive your order around the 15th march is that okay? if not why not keep it for your next event and we will give you 10% off ".....

what do you mean IS THAT OKAY? course it isnt as when i ordered it i typed in the date of my function, its 4 weeks before that date!

i have now sent 5 EMAILS requesting a FULL AND IMMEDIATE refund of my £186.15 and been ignored on EVERY occasion, ive rang the UK office multiple times and it is an answerphone only service, my 8 voice mails have been IGNORED.

i am a single mother with little money as it is, this dress was my birthday present and i now fear that its lost in translation. avoid this site at all costs, unless of course you like to throw money away.

this is a complete scam they said they would refund my money on dresses that were very poor quality, so i returned to them as agreed with them, the company is refusing to release the dresses in customs so i have lost my bridesmaid dresses & my £400, they have refused to respond or refund, do not use this bad site you have no rights with this company i have no idea how they are allowed to trade in the uk.

they are appalling! & surely fraud as we know it in the uk!

I ordered a dress from dressespro for my prom, which arrived in plenty of time. It was not exactly how it appeared on the site, but I wasn't that bothered, as things appear different on the Internet. The dress was too long ad slightly too big, despite having it "custom made" for my EXACT measurements. I took it to a good dress shop to have it altered where I was informed how badly the dress was made, and that they could and would not alter it, due to its appalling condition. The lining was a totally different size to the chiffon outer layer, and this was a miastake no good dress maker would make. After asking to send it back for a refund, I was made aware you had to pay for this, and it was not cheap. My advice to anyone would be to buy a dress you have tried on in a shop, and know us good quality.

OMG!!! This company is great. I'm that type of girl that gets worried very easly.So when i orderd a dress online,I got even more worried. The company dresspro are amaizing. Whenever I emailed them,they always replied back to me. I sometimes asked them the same questions because i was soo worried,but they always replied. I would really recomend you to buy a dress from this company. They are so fiendly,paitent and helpful. Like i said I would recommend this comapny to ANYONE :)

I have received my pretty prom dress a few days ago, and this dress is very fitted for me! I'll wear my new dress to the PROM, and i'd like to recommend this website to my friends!

Ordered made to measure prom dress after watching video how to measure and carefully measuring- I do see and know how to measure! Dress arrived in reasonable time but was way to big. Up to three inches on busy waist and length. I measured the dress to prove it was made too big took photos etc but have only been offered £25 discount which will not be enough to get altered. It will cost £40 so would rather return it but have been told it will cost me £30 shipping fee and if they decide it's not their mistake I will only get half refunded. So I will have paid £83 and have nothing at all to show for it.

If the dress fitted it would be acceptable but is not made very well and material is poor. I would never buy from here or china again
