For Designer Clothes, For Excellent Service, Look No Further
Signed up and I got a tenner to spend, the moment I place the orders, it is shipped and on it's way. Only once I gently mentioned that an item looked different. They offered me delivery charge and refund even before I'd returned it! Excellent customer service. I'd srongly recommend looking for designer goods. They run 10%, 20%, 30% off every now and then.

Still No Refund
I returned an item to them the same day I received it as the jacket I ordered was too big. Their website says that the refund process can take 2-3 weeks before the money is received back into your account. After 2 weeks I emailed them to ask whether or not they had received my return. They said that the items which are sent back to their UK base then have to be shipped to Germany, and when they receive the return in Germany they send notification of return and refund the customer. However, it is now nearly 4 weeks and I have not heard anything. They have also now ignored my last email.

It seems if the items are to be returned to the UK then the UK site is likely the one you meant. Anyway, hope you got your refund!

2 Days Late
I ordered the items from the site and they only have the basic shipping option so I was a bit worried it might be late. After about 5 days, I was growing both worried that I might have been scammed or that I would have to deal with a horrible customer support service.
Well I got in touch with them fairly quickly on their phone number and they guided me to use the tracking code to check where my order was. They also informed me that their standard shipping is for 5 business days but I'm sure this should be clarified somewhere so people like me do not have to wait around assuming that it would be delivered on Wednesday when it was actually delivered on Friday.
I also believe that rather than getting rid of me by suggesting I track the order myself they should have checked it for me then and there. It's not too much to ask...
