This company is awful and very unprofessional. The dresses do not look at all like the pictures and they are of very poor quality. Horrendous shipping prices and misleading refund policies. Do not buy from here.

"Never-ever order any dress from this site. you will receive a cheap quality replica which is poorly tailored and made of a cheap fabric, which has nothing to do with the original dress on the picture. Upon your complaint they will request the photos of the dress and then for months pretend they didn't receive the photos. Eventually they will come up with an offer of 20 $ compensation, where the actual price of the dress was 250 $. Stay away from this scam" if you don't want to waste your money and time. Dresses do not look remotely like the pictures they have posted on their website. Horrible work and poor quality. Do not waste your money on this. Is not true that they will pay for the alterations, They do not follow the sizes. What a fake job!!!

When I saw the price of the dresses on the site and how amazing they looked, I was dubious. I thought, 'There's no way that they look nearly as good as the photos would have you believe if they're priced so cheaply.' Part of me kept expecting the dress to arrive late or that something had gone horribly wrong in my custom size ordering and I'd actually bought a very expensive doll's dress and everything was ACTUALLY in centimeters and not in inches.

Boy was I wrong. I received the dress (five days before the guaranteed date, which has finally set my mind at ease about the whole thing) and tried it on and it fit perfectly and it was just as beautiful as it had been in the pictures!

I'd recommend DreamProm to anyone on a budget or off because I think it's just that fantastic.
