I buy a lot of clothes online from a lot of merchants and never have I not received what I ordered. I have been waiting over 6 weeks for an item bought from this online store, with no tracking provided and no response to my reasonable enquires. I now don't care about what I ordered which was a pair of pants and instead am just seeking to recover my money through Paypal. I am not confident about succeeding in this action. Do not, I repeat do not deal with this merchant if you don't want to lose your money. They are not engaging in a fair business. Disgraceful.

I saw the website and they have adoorable clothing so I ordered a dress I have been waiting for it for 2 months I never got a tracking number im so stressed out about this I feel I wont get the attention I deserve on my next order I should be exdpecting this id my money there dealing with treating me like im invisible, the tthing about not having a traking number is unprofesional.

Bought a few items for my daughter as a surprise because she wanted something special and different for a special night and I knew that she had been looking at an outfit on this site but was too broke to buy it. Customer service was initially good, I was impressed, they seemed nice and friendly, not faceless and have a social media presence but now think this is how they manage to sell to people by seeming to be nice and attentive. Most of the clothes are made to order in women's sizes although you can pay extra to have them custom made which seems like a far better deal, if they actually get it right. Sizing is obviously different in every shop so it is unwise to order from here, when it says that they do not do refunds because it is made to order. (Great get out clause for not refunding if people have the wrong size despite it not being their fault). We looked at their size chart and used it but it has a disclaimer of not being accurate as they get clothes from different designers???? Not very good considering that they seem to make most of it themselves, made to order! Anyway, the dress did not fit, waist measurement was not as in their size chart which is unfair when it is their mistake. Customer service seems to stop here as I received no further help and we only had a few days until daughter's event. Luckily, it was too big so my neighbour altered it around the waist. We were lucky that it was not too small. So I had a happy daughter in the end. Even though these clothes are made to order and made here, they are made from the cheapest fabrics and are no better than Chinese-made goth clothes, the actual finish on hems and seams was worse. I am aware that goth clothes seem to be more expensive than other things but why are they always so bad?? Other items seemed fine but my daughter said that all the items could be sourced on the internet for a lot less. Lesson learned and will not be surprising her and defo not buying from this website again.

I have used Dracinabox a couple of times now and I am very impressed by the level of customer care, professionalism and friendliness.

There is a wide range of items on their website to suit every occassion. I buy for myself and also gifts for a likeminded friend and the site never fails to have something that is perfect for us both.

Excellent customer service. I was kept informed of my order every step of the way. Unfortunately, I had to send the shoes back as they were too small but the replies I have got from the managers have been sincere and kind, offering an exchange or refund. It's that kind of interaction that makes me more inclined to buy from smaller internet businesses. I really hope that more people buy from them as they are absolutely wonderful

I see they had trouble in the past, but obviously this is behind them. Very rapid service (to Switzerland), product exactly as advertised. A bit pricy, but it is what I needed.

As anew customer ordering goods for the first time I was totally satisfied with the ordering process, delivery time and the tracking of my order via updates via E mail.

I asked if Drac In a Box could supply the jolly roger shirt in three weeks as the website says it could take up to six weeks. They responded quickly by email, kept me informed and I received the made to order shirt in 11 days. The quality of the shirt is great. 10/10.
