I never write reviews but this deserved one. I come from Jersey and I often get hassle when trying to get VAT refunds from companies. Online customer service were incredibly helpful, delivery was free and the case was far cheaper than I would have paid for it here. My credit refund for VAT was sorted in seconds after payment at checkout through Paypal. All that plus 10% discount on first purchase. Best service I've received in a while.

Not sure if Samsonite description or Direct luggage description but the colour described as Electric Blue is not a description i would use, its not blue in my opinion more like turquoise green.

Luckily case not for me but partner and he ok with the colour, if it was for me think i would have been disappointed and wanted a black one.

No faults with order, simple to do and delivered very quickly.

Delivery company were very good and delivered at time stated.

I happily used for a second time when I needed a suitcase at short notice for a business trip. I particularly like the way you can search for types of cases - in my case a spinner making it easy and quick to navigate the site. I did manage to buy a slightly smaller case than intended but I forgot to check the size before I went ahead. I also noticed the 'by airline' feature for cabin baggage and will certainly come here for this in the future.

Easyjet have changed their luggage policy and we required new luggage. The luggage arrived the next day including tracking and an early warning e-mail. The Web site enabled us to select the luggage by Airline and was therefore easy to use and helpful.

I needed new cabin luggage to meet Easyjet new sizes. Samsonite case fitted the bill and into the easyjet basket at check in. Very lightweight and I was surprised at just how spacious it was inside and how much I was able to fit in it. Outside pockets useful for documents. Very pleased with service, very quick delivery and useful being able to track the progress of delivery.

High quality goods at reasonable prices. Fast delivery and good customer support. It doesn't come better than this. I'll not be looking anywhere else in future.
