Having spent £37k+ on a Diesel Social Kitchen (designed by Diesel, made by Scavolini) via one of their authorised re-sellers, Stoneworld in Oxford, months after installation started, the kitchen remains unfinished and, as it doesn't match the design, very unsatisfactory. All attempts to get some attention and support from the manufacturing partners have so far failed to generate a response to my complaints. Life savings wasted, yet none of the three firms involved in this painful matter appear to have the slightest concern for this unhappy customer. In fact, the re-seller has threatened to sue me for the outstanding 5%, not even due till after satisfactory completion. A key factor in my choice of product was the reputation and standing of the associated brands. Clearly, my trust was mis-placed. Shame on you, Diesel.
