I ordered a Belstaff jacket from Dias - arrived quickly, which was great but I had to return it as it didn't fit. The money was refunded quickly too, EXCEPT the original postage charge of £8.95.

I asked why and was told they don't refund the delivery charge. I advised them that they were legally obliged to and they replied they weren't.

So I pointed them towards the Consumer Rights Act (I too have an online retail business), which states that the postage must be refunded, although it need only be the cheapest option. The cheapest one on Dias' site being £8.95.

The response I got was that the cheapest rate via Royal Mail for the (£375) jacket was £2.90 on a second class service (uninsured, untracked etc)), so that's what they were prepared to refund. No apology, nothing.

They cared more about keeping the extra £6 than a customer.

Great site, but please not that the product I ordered did not show up on a google search. Therefore, I had to find your site through the Paul Smith shop directly who gave me your site details.

Purchased a pair of black Paul Smith dip dyed leather brogues from Dias. Easily the best price on the net at £140 for a pair of £280 shoes. You sometimes worry about the quality of product you will receive when shopping online, but no problem here. The shoes we're brand new had clearly never been tried on and came in perfect packaging from Paul Smith. I have purchased 2 pairs of these from the Paul Smith shop in Covent Garden previously and these were in identical condition. Great job guys will definitely use you again!

I placed my order late on a Thursday night and was contacted the very next day where I was asked to confirm a few security details relating to my method of payment. After these details were confirmed my item was dispatched immediately and it was delivered the following morning. I was very impressed with the item I received as it was well packaged and it was exactly as it was described on the website. I frequently shop online and in my experience things don't always run smoothly. I would purchase again from Dias without any hesitation and would happily recommend them to friends. All in all, an excellent shopping experience.
