Antiquated Online Service.
Bought a bag online. It was half price in the sale. But it cost £8.50 for postage and took 10days to arrive. Shockingly poor service in this day and age. It wasn't even well packaged when it arrived - just in a plastic polythene bag.
The bag looks ok, but not the same colours as on the photos online which is yet another disappointment. I bought a black and grey bag so didn't expect the fur trim to be brown?! Only time will tell of the quality of my purchase.

Bought a Desigual bag on holiday in America in CASH it broke two weeks later when I was home in UK and Desigual had promised to look into this for a return/refund but now say wont do anything without a receipt. DONT buy the bags without checking seams, zips and rivets whilst in store keep your receipts for 12 months or pay using a card and keep your statements. The Customer service this company offers is a very low standard compared to how expensive their items are it has taken them 4 months and they will string you along hoping you will finally give up.$98 down the drain .

I bought a hand bag in Palma airport and loved this brand, now in uk i ordered online and got gifts for sister in law, she loves it to and at 16 years old always hard to think of something stylish and nice
