Disgusting and an embarrassment of a company.

Revived damage shoes, in a damaged box.

Returned them first class. Royal Mail have confirmed it was the correct address, they can even confirm the exact minute it was received and by which postman it was delivered.

Designwear have said they never received the package and have refused to refund any money.

Two months down the line they are ignoring my emails now.

Do not purchase anything!

Returned my items within 14 days. They received my return 2 months ago, confirmed by DHL tracking, but have not sent me the refund. Not able to get a response from them either. Complete silence since the order was returned 2 months ago. Must now prepare to take the complaint further via third parties consumer rights organizations.

Poor customer service very unhelpful when they eventually respond to you will never buy from them again.

I have given this company 1 Star as you can't give anything less............

Spent nearly £90 on 2 polo shirts that both shrank in the 1st wash.....

This company made the decision to ignore my claim for an exchange based on photos they asked for. This despite me offering to send the offending items in for examination.

Matter now in the hands of trading standards along with a small claim being submitted.

Go buy elsewhere. Don't entertain this company.

This company is a complete joke. I received my items after 5 days and when they finally arrived, I got the wrong size. I then wanted to return the item, they only give you 7 days to return, whereas ALL other companies give you 14 days!!!! I emailed them for an authorisation code as advised on the returns form and they still haven't replied, after 3 days. So this would mean I would now be past my 7 days!!! This company is dreadful!!! AVOID like the plague

I can't deny that the products online look very nice, but I wouldn't know because mine has not arrived. I paid for next day delivery and then receive a text saying they won't be coming until Monday because no one is in. If you want a product you best be prepared to wait for it and then take a day off of work when/if it comes! So I emailed customer services to discuss the problem and I got a very rude message back. Annoyed is an understatement.

Ordered 25th April (that's a month now).

E-mailed customer service a week ago - no answer.

Credit card is debited but order is not sent.

This is my first bad experience when it comes to online shops. After a few hundred of orders I guess you have to meet the fraud eventually.

Sweatshirt as described on web site. The product was of excellent quality. Well packaged. Dispatched promptly, hassle free. Even delivery time advised to nearest hour and delivered at time stated. Amazing.

Would definitely recommend.
