Awful Company And Products
This company does not deliver ordered products or delivers them months late. What they do deliver is shoddy and not in any way similar to what is in their online catalog. Deal Man provides no means for customer contact and no information on where they are located. AVOID Deal Man!

Don't Spend Money Here
January 17, 2016, ordered "1x 2015 Dark Assassin's Style Hoodie - 2XL / Black". Site states to allow 30 days for arrival. Today is Feb 23 and still no arrival! I emailed the company for a tracking number. They sent one, but said to give it awhile to upload. A week later, usps still states there is no such tracking number on file. I contacted Deal Man for a refund and have not heard back. Am calling the credit card company tomorrow to file for return of money.
Bullies, Try To Mask Reviews, ‘bait And Switch’ Artists
Having already said they got my address, I gets threats like “wonder how will xxxx and xxxx cope without grandaddy”, called an “old coot”, weird comments, a Facebook account to impersonate me and even had a site set up to intimidate me. That there is customer service straight out of an Al Pacino movie!
So all of the hidden ‘Dealman reported’ reviews are all 1 star reviews about non delivery, damn poor service or terrible quality at Trust Pilot by the way.
Dealman seems a Classic Bait and Switch operation who uses pics from legit businesses like Doublju or The Lees on Amazon and renames em “Agent Jacket” or “Vengeance Assassins Hoodie” to make em sound great and while using other folks designs and pics they makes real low cost copies in China -That’s how they makes their cut- That’s why the products never look like the photos folks - and poor deliveries as its just put in a post bag in china. read my post on the DEALMAN UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS Facebook page for proof and correspondence with other companies and agencies- updated regularly. Also lots of info from others - photos of junk that look nothing like the picture, and how to get your money back and where to make complaints.
So Trust Pilot are looking at Dealman anyways as are other agencies: Facebook, The Lees, The New Zealand Commerce Commission, PayPal and an infringement practice in Singapore and finally law enforcement in the US.
They should just come clean, they knows they are doing wrong by folks. Bait and Switch artists. Nothing more.
Deceptive Photos And Dreadful Sizing
I ordered an Assassin's Creed Venom hoodie from this company for my son for Xmas. The order went through at the end of November but took 2 months to arrive.
The hoodie itself is nothing like the picture and is the wrong size, even given the size differences explained on the website. Dealman required me to take photos of the item to prove it was the wrong size, which I did, but then only offered to replace the item or credit my account.
They have refused to refund, saying they have a 60 day refund policy - this is against the Consumer Guarantees Act. A consumer has the right to ask for a refund if "The goods are significantly different from their description, sample or demonstration model."
As I don't trust that any of the items on the site actually look like their photos, I am pushing for a refund. If I don't get it, I will complain to the NZ Commerce Commission about the deceptive item pictures. Being from a different country to the seller and buying online doesn't change your consumer rights.
Just received the same hoodie today, January 28, 2016 which was ordered on November 23, 2015. I had also ordered it for Christmas for my son and they said on their site it could take a month to arrive but it has been over two months. The quality is very poor and the sizing is way off. I ordered a large and it has come XXL but the shoulders fit myself, ladies size M. You can see light thru the fleece and there are no content tags or care instructions. I have just emailed them about returning for a refund. I am really disappointed because it does not have the quality as was represented in the pictures when I ordered the item.
