They have good service and great selection. Since I am in the US I do not pay international postage to return items but have had only one mistake and they sent a replacement...no charge, no questions.

A great quality and variety of products available to suit all tastes and pockets with discounts being regularly promoted. I have used DGU for a long time (I know......my wife tells me that I've got too many pants) and the service has never been anything less than excellent. There's a great selection, ordering is easy, and I know that if I get my order in before late afternoon, it will appear next day. The sizing tips always work, and I can venture outside my normal brands and still be sure of a good fit. On occasion I have changed my mind before the order has been packaged, and DGU has modified the order for me - that is personal service! This is my first stop for pants, and I don't even look anywhere else any more (especially the high street) unless DGU has run out of what I want. For me, DGU is a trusted brand.

This business is unreliable and dishonest. An order was placed in two parts. A discount and free shipping was offered on the second part. The first part (8 items) was delivered with a mixture of packaging (some looked like old stock). The business could then not supply the second part (8 items). The business keeps saying how small it is as an excuse.

What can i say, great products, easy to use website, lightning quick delivery and the customer service is fantastic! Unlike a lot of online retailers, if there is ever a problem with DGU they will go out of their way to help. Would deffo recommend!

I have found over the past five or so years that the service from DGU has been genuinely outstanding. From the original purchase of garments and speed of delivery, to the way returns/exchanges are promptly dealt with. E-mail questions are unfailingly answered quickly. The whole buying experience leaves one happy and wishing that high street stores could show the same levels of customer care and service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend DGU to anyone.
