You don't get often such a fantastic service. I bought an item on Mon, it was delivered on Tue, on Wed unfortunatelly I had to return it as it was too small. On Fri I received the new size required item back. All in one week! and great quality too!

I have graded the customer service as excellent but I really have no idea as my parcel arrived with exceptional speed, the product was beautifully presented and of a very high quality so I have had no reason to contact customer services.
