We ordered a selection of embroidered fleece jackets and printed T-shirts from Cottonprint which we received last week. Really happy with the quality of the clothing and our logo looks great - exactly as we had hoped for. The team at Cottonprint were really friendly and helpful and made the whole ordering process very easy. We will definitely be placing another order.

Having been recommended by a friend to Cottonprint I wasn't disappointed. I wasn't 100% sure what design I wanted and they were more than happy to create and send me several examples to choose from. The communication back and forth was great, and the delivery was very quick.

Utterly shocking service, I paid for my order and was then told that I was misquoted. Instead of calling me and explaining the mixup and asking for the extra cost owed, I had days of irritating and confusing emails to suffer through and it was impossible to get through to anyone over the phone. When finally they called me to take the extra payment (after my frustrated email calling them unprofessional) I thought all was well and the extra was paid with no complaint on my part. The following day, the owner called me up to argue that my email was "hurtful" and they weren't earning enough for my order so they're refunding me and cancelling my order after wasting weeks of my time. Unbelievably unprofessional and disgusting service. Avoid this company like the plague.

The team were knowledgable, helpful and very swift in their communication. The pricing is outstanding. The speed and quality of production was superb. I really couldn't fault them. The advice offered really helped us get the most out of our product, this is the sort of company which really helps a business grow.

Apart from a hold up getting the designs following the Easter bank holidays, everything was quick and easy. Designs were made, reviewed, amended and then printed and shipped very quickly after the ball started rolling. He made things very simple and easy after these teething difficulties, and the product I received was of a very high quality, at a good affordable price, printed and delivered very quickly. Will be using again in the future.

We have been buying from Cottonprint now for a number of years and they continually provide a fantastic service! The staff are polite and friendly and are always prepared to go out of their way to be helpful and precise. Goods are delivered promptly and we are always contacted prior to dispatch if there are ever any outstanding issues. Sometimes items may be out of stock but alternatives are always suggested.

It's a breathe of fresh air to find a supplier these days who consistently provides an A1 service. Keep it up Cottonprint!

Purchased five items and only three arrived , no explanation and no refund offered . I then had to phone twice to get my refund and that was after I filed a PayPal dispute . They were very rude and no apology given . Shocking !!!
