I ordered a food mixer from Collectables on Friday using their standard delivery service (up to 5 days). It arrived on Monday! Best price on the web as well. Can't really complain TBH

Absolutely Appalling Service!
I ordered an item a week ago, for delivery next day, and nothing has arrived even after a week. They keep saying that the person has tried delivery, and that I haven't been in, and the rest of the nonsense.
Last time I will ever be dealing with them again.

I found Collectables on the t'internet as they were selling a lilliput lane cottage I was looking for. Ther prices were good and so I placed an order.
I was in a hurry so I paid the £6 next day delivery charge and it arrived safely and on time.
No complaints. I'd defintely use them again
All Present And Correct
I'd not heard of Collectables before but I was looking for a Kipling handbag for the strife's birthday and they cam up in a Google search. They're based in the north-east and are a family run firm. Their website is very nice to look at and easy to use and ordering from them is a doddle.
I ordered a bag on Monday and it was delivered for free by the weekend. Everything went smoothly.
I definitely use them again and reccomend them to everyone I know.
