According to the website my shoes were going to be delivered on the 4th Oct. Hermes then sent an email an email at 11.20 today 6th Oct saying my parcel was going to be delivered between 1 and 4pm today. Then got another message saying delivery would be between 1 and 5pm.

Now after 5.30, afternoon taken off work at short notice and still no parcel. Called Clarks to ask where it was, they don't know and it may take two days before they can tell me.

Don't use home delivery - totally useless.

This is my 3rd pair of funny dream, I can say these shoes are so good you don't even have to wear them in

I had bought the last 2 pairs one in the sale & one with 20% off

went to Chelmsford to buy first pair of shoes for 14month old grandson and was met by a very dictatorial girl telling everyone in a very sharp manner asking are you here for adult or child shoes. sit over there, name of children then said spell it. Not once was there a smile or a please or thank you.She had NO customer pleasantries at all. It was supposed to be a joy in the experience buying a first ever pair of shoes, she spoilt it.

I just couldn't resist when I saw those Wine/maroon Desert Boots at £55! I already have a Pair of "Natural" coloured ones ,purchased 7 years ago and still going strong! I've also worn "Desert Trek","Wallabees" and "Polyveldts" over the Years and can't really speak Highly enough of Clarks Splendid Footwear! I may well be back quite soon for a Pair of "Midnight Blue" Desert Boots in Size 10. Thank You and Goodnight!

I bought my first pair of this style of shoe (have always worn slip-ons before) in a department store sale.They happened to be Clarks'.I suffer from gout periodically and thought the adjustable velcro strap would relieve the pressure on my foot.

Wow,the relief I got from the shoes on my next gout session was amazing.The wider width helped my comfort even more!

Ordered a pair of Discovery Ritz e fitting best shoes I have bought in the last ten years. Having the dreaded arthritis in my feet I need flat comfortable shoes but fashionable to. With the elasticated straps and being able to get them in E fittings "WOW" I have even ordered the patent ones to go to a wedding really suited thank you.

I ordered two pairs of Boots from Clarks over the internet, it couldn't be simpler. My Boots arrived 2 days ahead of the due date. They were well packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. it is cuality shoos and very nice .you dont have to bay every day shoos because of that i will prefer to bay shoos in clarks
