Order boys suits x 3 which were poorly stitched

The suits were poor quality and creased

There was no sitching at the ankle of the trouser and fabric was loose

The tie quality was poor and the form inside was just hanging out.

Poorly manufactured from China

Never will order it from this company

Again. Very disappointed

I ordered a Chinese dress for my daughter, left it a bit late to order so was worried it wouldn't arrive on time. It arrived the next day recorded delivery and the dress is beautiful, the website certainly doesn't show the lovely detail. My daughter loves her dress and the prompt delivery was perfect. I will recommend to my friends. Thank you again.

I bought a flowergirl dress off ebay. It arrived quickly and looked beautiful so I left excellent feedback.

The dress lasted about an hour and a half. I contacted Cinda who completely refused to help me.

Had I bought this dress face to face from a shop I know I would have been offered a refund or replacement.

Their customer service and aftersales is zero, due to the fact that they hide behind a keyboard and computer screen.

My advice would be DO NOT BUY

I was a bit concerned ordering from Cinda as ~I couldn't find many reviews about them, but I needn't have worried. I ordered a dress for my flower girl and the photo's on the website really don't do it justice. It's gorgeous and well made, and an absolute bargain, so it doesn't matter at all if she gets it messy.

Delivery was quick - took a couple of days, and I was kept up todate with the order process via e-mail.

Bought a Flower Girl Dress and a Tiara for less than £20 with free delivery. Note this was 1st class recorded post and it arrived in a matter of hours ( order placed at 2:30PM and the package arrived with my morning post )

Totally impressed.
