Although the website makes it appear that this company is in the UK, they are actually based in China. They do not reply to emails, web chat or telephone calls. I ordered a dress for £62, but when it appeared on my credit card bill, the charge had actually been made in Chinese yuan and the cost came out higher, plus I was charged a currency conversion fee. When the dress arrived, instead of being a glamorous prom dress, it looked like a child's cheap dressing up outfit from Asda! The proportions were all wrong, so it would not have zipped up around any size of figure, let alone the size 14 it was supposed to be. The quality of the fabric was very poor and some of the trim was missing. The instructions on the website required customers to email for return details, but they never responded and there was no UK address on the website. This company is now under investigation by Action Fraud and Trading Standards. Don't be tempted to order from them!
