I just bought my husband a new gant shirt from Charles Hobsons Menswear and he's been really happy with it. Their service is superb - I initially bought an Extra-Large shirt but when my husband tried it on it was too baggy around the waist so I asked them if I could exchange it for a smaller size. They offered to give me a full refund but also suggested that I might like to try a different style of shirt (which is more fitted) and they posted one out to me. They told me that I don't need to return the original shirt until my husband has tried both shirts for size and decided which one is best.It's a shame more retailers don't offer this level of service
