My Daughter,14,joined The Air force Cadets and ordered a pair of Parade shoes,from Cadetdirect they were to big,so I told her to order another pair and keep the others for possible future use,they were still to big and now it was mid December and we went away over Xmas.In January I phoned them and explained,we agreed I would return both pairs and they would exchange one for the next size down and refund my card for the other,less the cost of postage.I sent them back the same day and the parcel was returned to us a few days later with the same 2 pairs of shoes! and a message from the Manager saying he was unable to exchange/refund the shoes because we were outside of the 14 day returns policy! but he had returned them at his cost as a show of good faith! I did a quick search on Google and found a much cheaper company,and the shoes arrived the next day and fitted!
