i ordered 2 tshirts from bmerch (only supplier of sonisphere merch) in june for sonisphere festival in july thinking i had plenty of time. after 2 weeks i had not received my goods and emailed them i got a reply saying they will look into it.

i never heard anything back so i contacted them every 4 days to see if i can get a update still nothing i also phoned them 12 times in 2 months and they never answered the phone one.

finally i got a reply via their facebook page saying to email a new address which i did.

the festival came and went and still no tshirts so more emails and calls.

i finally got a reply 7 weeks after my order was placed saying there a error with my order and that it no explanation no advise what to do next. now i missed out on a 2 tshirts i really wanted as they are sold out and felt they could of helps a bit more so the error could of been found earlier and i could of reordered my items.

it seems there is alot of people asking where their stuff is as their facebook page is full of people complaining but they delete half the post as it clear they cant handle the job they have.

avoid use ebay if you want sonisphere merch you will never get your stuff
