I would never recommend ordering a dress from this store. I paid for 2-day shipping and they GUARANTEED it would get to me by a certain date (AKA the date of the event) and it still has not arrived. After paying for two day shipping, it should have been here far before when the "guaranteed" date was. They do not give you a tracking number so there's no way to know when your dress is coming.

Overall the worst online experience I've ever had.

I ordered 8 bridesmaids dresses through this website. The bridesmaids are located in different parts of the country. Bluegala personnel has been helpful, supportive and responsive throughout the whole process. I will be forever grateful to them for helping us get the dresses we love!!

I let all my bridesmaids pick out their own dresses for my wedding. My sister-in-law is not a dress person and I kept sending her pictures of different styles. I finally found one that fit the description of the type of dress she was looking for. It was a Hailey by Adrianna Papell dress that we found at Nordstrom.com. Unfortunately, when we went to order it her size was sold out. I searched everywhere for that dress. I finally reached out to Adrianna Papell customer service and she told me there was ONE dress left and I would have to order it through Bluegalla.com; I was then given the Bluegala.com customer service number to call. I called them and told them there was ONE size 2 of this certain dress and my wedding was in a couple weeks. The people at Bluegala.com were incredible. They said their data base did not show they had the dress but they would take my word over the computers and would definitely put the order for me in. They called me the next day to let me know that the dress was there and had already been shipped. I had the dress within the week and with plenty of time before my wedding if alterations had been needed. They helped me find the dress I thought would be impossible to find and made me feel important the whole time. I would highly recommend ordering from Bluegala.com.

I ordered my bridesmaids dresses from these horrible people. Firstly they kept sending me emails to call them (from Australia to New York is not cheap or easy with the time difference) they could have simply emailed me saying the sizes i needed were not available but i could have 1 size up for each and was told that they were only 1 inch bigger than the size i needed...

Well 2 months on from when i ordered and countless emails asking where my dresses are, i received them to find they were HUGE! i cant even get them tailored because it will cost more than the dresses are worth and there is sooo much that needs to be changed on them because of the size.

They are refusing to give me a refund because they are saying I dont know how to use a size chart. RUDE!

This is the email I sent to them, you can get the gist of my experience. Overall, WORST dress experience of my life. The prom is today and I have tailored by dress twice already. Still tonight I need to be sewn into my dress because it is too large. If that's a 'measuring mistake' on my part, this company is ridiculous.

I have never experienced such rude service in my entire life. I

originally went to your website to purchase a dress and was not

informed until days after my order that it was out of stock. Then, I

decided to change my dress selection because I was not informed that I

could be reimbursed for the original purchase. I ended up spending

approximately $400 on the new dress- almost a full $100 more than the

other- only for it to arrive and be at least six inches too big. My

measurements were taken by someone else, and they were not wrong.

When I talked to your staff, however, I was informed that I was

definitely wrong and they would not exchange it for a smaller size

because of my "mistake". I was also told I never had to buy anything

from your company to begin with and it was my fault for making a poor

decision.

I am truly appalled by such horrendous customer service and the

disorganization of sales. There is no reason I should not have been

informed the dress I wanted was out of stock the second I selected my

color and size- like most other websites do. The women answering the

telephones are rude and unhelpful and I guarantee I will never make

another purchase from you again. I have wasted so much time because

of your unreliable company; the only positive from this whole process

is that I no longer need to deal with your insulting staff on the

phone. The stress of searching for a dress for months has only

increased now because I have to try to salvage this dress with the

hopes it can somehow be tailored to fit me.

I hope you satisfy some customers, because you certainly failed to do

After shopping for a prom gown, we came across this site. The dress we LOVED was offered. We telephoned to check inventory and the rep was delightful, and careful: she double checked the size and color we wanted to confirm they had it. Upon confirmation, I asked if I should just order o line, and she said Oh no! Let's do it right here because there's only three left! We received the dress three afternoons later packed impeccably! It fit just as the measurements stated..perfectly!

I needed a gown for my sisters wedding - Bluegala had exactly what I needed, reasonably priced and excellent customer service! I looked beautiful and was so happy with the transaction and the ease of ordering! Highly recommend!
