Placed an order at www.bloomingmarvellous.com last Monday and email confirmation of the order was received. According to the website, delivery should be within 5 working days but nothing arrived after 6 days so I rang up. The reason given was 'the order was stuck in one of the servers and didn't get through to us'. What an excuse! When I asked to place the same order again over the phone, I was then told one of the item i wanted had sold out. I don't know if the item has been sold out before I placed the order or I was just unlucky, but I went to the website again I could still place an order for it! And after all the disappointment, no apology was offered. Horrible service!

Ordered a toy pirate ship in October for Christmas for 2 year old son. What a fiasco. I have been waiting for 3 months, I have chased them 3 times and tey have finally admitted (on 21st December) that it is out of stock and they are unable to provide any alternative! Nice one.
