Hence why I prefer amazon, I order a product and the quality was pretty shoddy, I return it and only item is refunded. Postage to return and postage to send cost me £6, and I end with nothing but a very bad customer experience and no product.

I was unable to focus on the positives such as I managed to get a poor quality product quickly and got a partial refund? What planet is your company on! Your returns service wasn't free, when I went to the post office they refused to send it free, it seems a printer is required, and postage costs are not reimbursed. If it were a free postage service, one would presume if an item returned as paid for a refund for the relevant amount would be made via the delivery charge already paid for. I wouldn't have complained if the original delivery charge was refunded, but the fact I've paid two postage charges for an in superior product warrants the 1 star. I'm happy to adjust if this was a process flow mistake that can be rectified.

Had ordered two pairs of jeans both paid for on the 18th of April no sign or attempt of delivery on 31st April, I contacted them by email and was told they were waiting on delivery of stock but they had a longer leg length in stock and would that be acceptable?

Have received one pair and am still awaiting second pair, I've written off £30 as I don't expect any further delivery

I will not be using this company again and I am now going to raise a dispute on eBay

Would just like to thank Bigfish for sorting out a suit for my husband after many phone calls to other sites and getting no help at all, they came up trumps..

The staff were more than helpful, they did a special order for the size we required, contacted me on delivery to take my order and delivered on time.

One happy daughter never seen her dad look so smart!!

I've used the site many times and have always been impressed with the quality of there products and how efficient there service has always been. I must have made at least 50+ orders and I've never been disappointed yet! I'd recommend this site to anyone who struggles to find fashionable clothes in larger sizes. I'll defiantly be buying more! Especially if this sunny weather keeps up!!

They do not honour next day deliveries, I placed an order on the Friday, I was aware they did not dispatch on fridays, but they still didn't dispatch the Monday.

I asked for a full refund for an item they didn't have, I have had no communication since then and have not received my money back.

We have shopped with Big Fish Clothing 3 or 4 times now and will continue to use them in the future. They are a fantastic shop when looking for good quality clothing for larger men sizes. The clothes are of high quality and the website is easy to use.

All our orders have all been delivered within a few days and packaged well. We have had one small problem with our recent order but it was rectified easily and quickly. Customer Services were great and have solved the problem so we'd happily continue to shop with them as well as recommend them to others.

Often we shop with them when looking for clothes for my husband as they have a good selection of clothing and sizes. They are good quality and last well as well as looking great. They also offer fashionable clothing which is a great point as often when looking for large size clothing this can often be a challenge to find.

Over all great shopping experience, great clothing and customer services. Delivery is quick and you don't get ripped off with delivery charges to the highlands and islands. What more could you ask for? highly recommended.

I ordered 3 belts and paid for next day delivery. After 4 days I called, actually got to speak to somebody who assured me the belts would be delivered. 2 or the 3 were delivered and I have called around 6 times to find out where the third belt was, but cannot get through to talk to anybody.

I was cheekily told that any orders placed on a Thursday afternoon dont count as 'next day' even if next day is Monday.

This company is frankly a joke

Have ordered from BigFish before and it went smoothly, paying for the next day delivery, it took 2 days but no bother.

I now ordered again on the 3rd of January, it was dispatched on the 4th. I asked for tracking information or estimated delivery and nothing was sent.

Now, 10 days on from dispatch, after multiple contact forms, emails and phone calls I have not heard anything, the phone is not answered and emails are not responded to.

Last time I'll use them.

I found Big Fish Clothing via Google having never been a customer before.

Previously I've found it very difficult to find clothes to fit my tall frame.

However within minutes I'd found the jeans I wanted to buy and had ordered them, all without problem. They arrived next day as stated, I couldn't be happier.

I'll be going back for more now!
