I managed to catch a deal during their Summer Sale, although it did lure me into buying some non-sale items! Having experienced the brand before I can say their clothing is of a good standard generally. Not always perfect, but this is where they really shine: if an item is not 100% to your liking they will happily swap it on a like-for-like basis or full refund no questions asked.

My problem arose when the delivery company, Yodel (formerly DHL) failed to gain entry to my apartment block. Instead of leaving it with the business downstairs or ringing me as instructed, the deliveryman left my clothes with someone whose name is unknown to anyone in my building and he failed to ask which flat or business she was from. Brilliant, I thought, £70 down. Until I rang their customer service. In less than 10 minutes I'd spoken to a very pleasant young lady who arranged for replacement items to be sent out asap to an alternative address so as to avoid the same problem again!

Fantastic service, now I just hope my shirt arrives in time for Henley Regatta.
