Expensive Return Costs - Poor Quality Item
Cost over £9 to return 3 small items. One of the items I did keep (barbour umbrella) opened for the first time, spokes bent and fabric coming away. Compensation offered....10% off next order. It's safe to say I won't be ordering from them again.
