I ordered from this company a month ago. I had to email them to request an update and then they sent me the tracking number. Most companies do that up front. Then they sent me the address they shipped it to and it only had my town on it and not the actual address. Then they had the nerve to tell me that I would need to pay shipping again when it was their mistake.

Caveat Emptor!

I received my t-shirts and they were amazing quality. But when I tried them on, I realized they were too small. I ordered a medium but they had sent me all small shirts. One also had a hole in it! So I went on the website and asked if I could have a refund or maybe replacements. They said they couldn't do either but I could have "in-store credit". I knew that the in-store credit probably couldn't get me 3 new t-shirts. I was expecting a little more because they messed up my order but it's a whatever.

Just as everyone before me has done ~ saw them, liked them, ordered them, paid for them, and ...... mmmm, I am still waiting for them. I have made contact with the customer service on a few occasions and they claim there was a problem, then it was due to living down under. To top that off, what the shirts were ordered for has been and gone which meant more money spent and no refund.

The website was easy to navigate and the order was made with little fuss. I ordered 20 shirts assuming you could do multiple orders of the 10 for 50. Nope you can't. Also once you add shipping and transfer from usd to asd the price was double. Still a good price if the quality holds up. Unfortunately I wouldn't know. The order was not processed within the 5 days, it actually took 9 days to begin the journey, despite paying for priority shipping. I had to email to ask if the order had been processed and to ask for a tracking number. Sadly priority shipping doesn't get you a shipping number. It was then that I was informed that shipping can take up to 3 weeks after shipping even when you pay to be prioritised. I'm very disappointed with this outcome after hearing such good reviews about service. I was really looking forward to giving these as gifts. If priority ship pink was going to take this long I would have liked to have a faster option available. I have ordered many large items from America before and yes you might have to pay a little more but you can get an order delivered easily within two weeks. It would certainly help if you offered a faster option with tracking available. It is not good enough to say oh well contact us in 3 weeks if you haven't received it. Very blasé service.

I recently bought a few shirts here after reading mixed reviews about support issues, there was actually an error in processing my order and i had no clue, their operations manager contacted me within 2 days to alert me of the issue and help resolve it within a few hours, the support has clearly gotten better from when the other reviews were written. Now to just wait on shipping time and the final product, but so far I'm having a good experience with 6 dollarshirts.com

I read a lot of bad reviews of this site but because of some of the cool shirt ideas I still decided I'd take a chance. I am very happy I did. I think the site may have had issues a year or two ago so check the date on the reviews.

Take this for what it is worth, to date I have only placed 1 order....but I got exactly what I ordered, no mistakes at all.

Ordering from Canada I was honestly expecting the worst....here is my experience:

- I ordered 7 shirts on August 10th

- I received the shirts on August 30th, however I do not check my mail box every day, they could have arrived as early as Aug 27th, 17-20 days to deliver to Canada. to me no issue at all, quite happy with the delivery time. If you expect next day shirts you're being unrealistic.

- Quality, all shirts were 'Delta Heavy Duty preshrunk' Tees, sure not top notch quality but certainly respectable,there is much worse out there but for the price you pay I think the quality is very good. Side note, I hope they never reduce the quality, if they stick with these I'll be a repeat customer.

- Accuracy, each shirt was exactly what I ordered, no wrong colours, sizes, etc. Screen printing looked great, did not look like an iron on as some people suggest. I'd put them on par with Tee Fury but with way more selection.

- Other stuff, after reading some of the reviews I ordered a size larger than normal. I am between an XL and a 2XL depending on brand, I ordered a 3XL and they are big (my fault not 6dollars!)....so I washed them once to see if I could shrink them a touch for a better fit. I always wash tees inside out in cold water but for the first wash I did wash in warm. They came out perfect, no deterioration in screen print and did shrink a bit making them a better fit. Next time I will just order 2XL as I agree if you are between sizes go with the larger of the two bu tI don't think you need to go one size up from your normal.

So, to summarize this Canadian is very happy with his order and will most definitely order again. I would have rated the site 5/5 stars, I deducted 1 star because I do agree the shipping charges are the only negative of this site. I understand why they do it, it does result in some profit for them and I'm ok with that just try to find an order size for yourself where the shipping is at an acceptable level for you. Once you go up past 6 shirts you get a discount so for me 7 is my 'happy' number.

I'm not sure if I was lucky or not but I suspect 6dollar has listened to the bad reviews and improved their product. I can't say anything bad about them, very happy with my experience.

Side note...I had no need to call support so cannot comment on that.

I love this site and your shirts I've got about 10 already. Everyone at my bar i work at wonders where i get these awesome shirts, and i send em right this way. Shipping time was surprising fast for how far i am from them. You want affordable clothing that looks good and is comfortable....booom these guy did that.

Sure some of my orders were delayed but considering the price and the quality of the prints this is my favorite site to purchase from.

I ordered two shirts around Christmas. After two weeks had passed I had emailed them about my shipment and they were real quick to get back. Assured me my shirts were not being ignored they just had a lot of orders. Overall if you read the fine print they say it may take longer than posted on the site if orders are in high demand(something of that nature) so I had no room to complain. The shirts came in soon after I had emailed them, loved them! Great prices, great shirts I still buy til this day.

Ordered their special 10 shirts for $50...when they arrived one of the shirts was wrong (although quite similar designs).

I live in Canada so I emailed them to see what the options were (do I send the other one back...was it my mistake...etc...)...the next thing you know I have an email confirming a shipment of the other shirt...no fees and no hassles.

Well done! Will definitely buy here again.
