Avoid this website! No communication. I mean - no replies on my e-mails, no answering the phone. Nothing. NADA. And no sunglasses either. Easier to get them by throwing money out of the window :(

I read all the negatives review, but I thought I'll give them a chance. What a stupid idiot I was! Grrrrr... VERY angry

IF COUNTFEIT GLASSES ARE YOUR THING, THESE ARE THE PEOPLE FOR YOU! DO NOT buy from this website. I didn't expect real rayban glasses, but I expected them to last longer than a day! No reply from them!!! They should be locked up!

This I believe is a factitious company! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!! . . . I bought 3 pairs on Ray Ban's for £59.44. However, when i received my credit card statement they actually charged me £64.55!

I am still waiting for the glasses.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses which were advertised to reach me within 5-7 days. It actually took 17 days.

They did actually turn up but they were faulty. They were missing a silver bit on the front and looked stupid. (I understand they would be fake due to the price but received a faulty fake pair of sunglasses)

I emailed customer service and they FINALLY got back to me after 4 emails (and translating it into Chinese for them, just in case).

Initially they said sorry and could I provide proof.

I took a picture and sent it to them, asking for a replacement, refund or even partial refund.

They apologised for the broken product and offered 15% discount on my next purchase! I laughed and asked them why I would do that after a terrible experience with them already.

I then also noticed they had overcharged me with £6, which they were refusing to acknowledge.

They then said I could send them back first and they would then resend another pair but to the cost of myself I would have to give them £20 for the touble!!!

After much deliberation, legal threats, negative review threats, all they have come back to me with is they will refund $6. (Yes, dollers) I am awaiting their response after my last frustrated email saying how much this is not acceptable. Am I overreacting?

I bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses and they are FAKE! Really bad, probably not worth £5...

I used this company and it 3/4 weeks and several emails before I got my sunglasses.

They are FAKE! like childrens plastic glasses.

I bought 5 pair as well! I am going through my credit card insurence now to try and get my money back.

Please avoid.

You guessed it, I ordered some new sunglasses, and they never arrived.

The site terms and conditions are off the hook, you have no rights. This company is in China, and they will charge your bank more than the cost of the glasses. It took four days for them to charge my account, so if you've only just ordered them go speak to your bank. This is how it appeared on my statement. POS 5925 08SEP11 , WWW.20CYTRADE.COM , HANGZHOU CN , CNY 293.68, RATE 10.1268, CHARGE 1.25, ERTF 0.80.

Things to do if you're in the UK.

You can report a fraud to Action Fraud, call a specialist fraud adviser on 0300 123 2040, they want to hear from you, and will give you a crime referance number and all the details go to the Police.

Consumer Direct 08454040506, they pass all the details onto Trading Standards, and hopefully no more muggins get caught.

Also speak to your bank, or the provider of the card you payed with, you'll probably be able to get it back from them, I used a visa and I can.

Waited 18 days for delivery and then the sunglasses were scratched and scuffed. Return and shipping £20 plus 25% of costs for processing and restocking!!!

Big mistake using this company.

no tracking e-mail received after 9 days no response to e-mails stay well clear of this site unless you have money to throw away learned a costly lesson.Even if they sent an e-mail saying ha ha sucker it would be better than nothing.
