So I've Paid For Tshirts Had Absolutely No Contact

So I've paid for tshirts had absolutely no contact or tshirts. I've emailed them numerous times now and I'm being completely ignored! There are no tshirts but quite willing to take your money immediately. Not sure what to do now as there's no other means to contact them. It's shocking I can't believe that they can operate a business like this!

Completely Ignored Me.

I ordered a tshirt from here before swiftly changing my mind. There was no way to cancel the order so I thought I'd try my luck and email them. They never got back to me and sent me the wrong size shirt which I apparently can't exchange because they STILL won't reply to my emails. Terrible customer service, terrible quality and overall terrible experience. Would give them 0/5 if I could. Avoid at all costs.

Where's The Quality Control?

I bought one from here and the print was placed way too near the collar of the shirt, so it doesn't sit right aesthetically on my chest. The T-shirty quality was disappointingly poor ( delta pro weight)and I know there will be people who say well you get what you pay for, but I 'm sure they could print on a Fruit of the Loom or Gildan pay the artist commission and still make a profit. I was going to make further purchases because their design catalogue looked great, but their lack of quality control has put me off.

Not Responding My Email And Stole My Money

I've purchased two t-shirts online but I only received one. In the receipt stated that I've bought two t-shirts and deducted 20 pounds from my account. I've email the website several times but have no response. They stole 10 pounds from me. If they don't email me, I think I gonna report this online store.

Where's My Stuff... Why Wont They Respond?

Ok so I ordered £50's worth of t-shirts from 10poundtee's. Once I'd ordered I found out that they are actually based in America. Anyway 3 weeks roll by and nothing arrived in the post. I've emailed them several times asking for details of shipping tracking numbers etc. I've had absolutely no response. They have basically stolen £50 from me. As they are based in another country I don't think that there is anything that I can do about it. I shall continue to pester them with emails until I receive a response.

Warning: *not* A Uk Retailer!

In spite of a) its '10Pound' title; b) its UK web domain; and c) its £ sterling prices - this is NOT a UK company that imports and sells US goods. The goods are sent directly from the US, so you will pay a customs fee *plus* Royal Mail's handling fee of £8 - more than the cost of a single shirt.

Similar t-shirts can be found on genuinely UK sites.

Check out

for a great selection of printed tees, all made here in the UK - all for £8 each or 5 for £30.

The best value I have come across in years!

Not 10poundtees

My husband ordered three great looking T shirts from this site. It wasn't really clear it was a US site, as the website was 'co.uk'. There was a mention of customs charges, but the fact that the whole site is about the '£10' cost, it is very misleading and the T shirts came to £14.53 each. The quality of the T shirts seem OK, they have not been washed yet so time will tell. Beware the customs charges, this company is not UK based.
