Zoop is selling prams not up to British Standards, they sell on behalf of other company's with have no manufacture guarantees. Being investigated by Trading Standards

I purchased an Oyster pram at the end of July a2012 nd within two weeks it became faulty. After discussing the issue with Zoopdirect they agreed to collect them item which they did a few days later but since then I have received zero contact and no pram. Having tried to contact the company by phone and email with no success (the emails are unread and the telephone just rings) I have now been informed that the company has gone into liquidation and so need to contact my bank to get a refund. Do not use this company.

I've stumbled across zoopdirect and am so delighted, I have purchased a number of Hasbro games at half the price I would pay at the high street stores - perfect party gifts. The service has been perfect, an email to say order received, then another to say it's been despatched, then a pleasant knock at the door and the parcels have arrived within a couple of days of ordering.

Great value for money, wonderful service - highly recommended.

Placed an order with them last week. Was a little unsure due to there being no telephone number. Sent an email to make sure they were a real company and had a reply within 30mins. Received the item next day even though I had only paid £3.99 for standard delivery. No problems with the item. Couldnt ask for more.
