If ONLY the phones were to be answered! I spent about 2 weeks thinking I'd been tricked as NO-ONE answered the phone or got back to me! Such a shame as Toy Castle arrived eventually and apart from being overwhelmed with relief - I was delighted . I'm not sure I'd risk using the company again as there is obviously a problem here .

I have received order after a few days delay and playpen is perfect my baby girl enjoy it.
Although no customer service available, which is absolute must have I would still recommend buying from them.
The kids window did not charged me an extra £6 for delivery to N Ireland as they could per t&cs so fair play for delay.
Received product later than it should be but received.
Playpen is great and The Kidswindow didn't charge me extra for delivery as was described before purchase.
So thank you.
However they should improve customer service as none available.

8 Weeks Of Hell
£600, 8 weeks of excuses and promises and bed still not built after faulty parts sent, this company should be on watchdog, wont give me my money back or build the bed... The md is a joke.....

Poor Customer Service Attitude
I ordered a personalised story book for a child.
I was disappointed as the language in it was olde English - full of thees, thous, quoth etc. Not what you would expect in 2015!
I contacted the company but they weren't interested in resolving my complaint.
I should have read all the poor reviews on here first, won't ever use them again.
I would not advise anyone to use this company and looking through their reviews on various review sites many others feel they have a poor customer service attitude too.
I don't know how businesses that don't put the customer first survive in this day and age. This company cetainly doesn't deserve to. It really doesn't take much effort to resolve a customer complaint and turn a negative experience into a positive one, but they don't seem interested.

I have rang and rang and rang and emailed and emailed, no response. The bed was delivered 2 days before requested when we didnt move into our house until the sat supposed to be delivered today Monday the 2nd instead sent on the sat (half the order) 2 mattresses delivered by a polish guy left in a neigbours garage??? Where is the rest of the order? Please would someone just respond

Avoid this company at all costs! I ordered a bookshelf for my son's bedroom on 13th October. The Kids Window sent me a confirmation email saying that I would receive it within two working days. It finally arrived today 21st October. In between times, they did not send me an email or text to tell me when it was being dispatched.
They have a customer number and an email address for enquiries. I called the number on several occasions and there was no answer. I was told all the lines are busy and to leave a message. The friendly voice tells you that they will call you back the same day. They don't! They also do not have any facility for the customer to track their order.
Then, I decided to send an email to the customer services team. They did not reply until today, after I left another message this morning, telling them that I wanted to know where my order was today, or I that I would be contacting their head office to complain. Then, I received an email explaining that my bookshelf had been dispatched yesterday and that I would receive it today. When I came home, it had arrived.
Dreadful customer service. Do not use!

Slow To Response And Order Not Received
I ordered 2 kidkraft boat toddler beds from the website, 1 came after 5 business days (Website said you should receive your order within 5 business days) and the 2nd one has not even arrived after 10 business days. Nobody picks up the phone when i call nor return my call after leaving a voice mail. Emails are not responded on time. Terrible service.

Really Please With Kids Window.
We purchased a bunk bed. The bed is really good quality & my little ones love it. Love having their own shelves.
We had the company build. Very efficient & accommodating with time schedule.
The only thing that was disappointing and I felt overpriced was the under bed draw. Doesn't go the whole width of the bed and not very deep so not very useful to store items. The other bed we looked at same brand o think would have been the whole length and width. This would of been more useful to have had this information.
But overall happy and will be suitable for a number of years as very sturdy.

Good Quality, Good Price And Good Service
I boutght a short Thuka Trendy bed years ago and we were very happy. Now that my daughter has grown up we decided to buy a large high sleeper and to leave the short one for my baby. So we have both beds the short one below the high sleeper (in a L position) and a lovely room for my kids!
My daughter is delighted with her room and all visits that see the room tell me what a nice beds you have!
The beds are made of very good quality pine wood, they look strong, have nice colour and nice finishing. And easy to assemble.
If I ever have to buy other kid bed I will chose the same brand and the same seller.
