I placed an order on their website. The following day they decided to cancel the order because the item that appeared as available on their website didn't really exist. They said they would issue a full refund. After over a month, I am still waiting for my money. They do not answer my emails either. My bank says there is nothing I can do. It is up to them to give me my money back. There is no way I can get an answer from them. I do not recommend thekiddistore.co.uk to anybody.

Bought a stroller online, paid immidiately via debit card and upgraded standard delivery service to a Next Day for an extra fee, obviously. I had an order confirmation printed off and all seemed to be absolutley fine. Following day, spent all my time at home awaiting delivery. No tracking number was provided so I e-mailed Kiddie Store trying to get one. After nearly 3 hours of no resonse I rang them and I have been informed that my order was cancelled as they no longer have the goods in stock. When asked when will they have another one - the answer was: this was the last one and they don't expect to have anymore of these as they are closing the business down. I tried to get an explination to see how an item that has been sold already is still available online - I have been told that it was advertised online in error. Lauren from Kiddie Store also claimed that an e-mail was sent to me to advise that my order was cancelled first thing in the morning which was not true! I'm now waiting to see if if they actually give me my money back?! Of one I'm sure: I Will never even try to use these careless people anymore and my advise to other users is: AVOID at all costs.

Found there website by chance when looking for furniture for my new born. Found a Kub room set I like but wanted to make sure the image on the site was correct. Called the staff and they not only reassured me it would match my nursery, they sent a wood sample so i could be sure. I ordered once the sample arrived and took delivery 2 weeks later. We were told over the phone when ordering it would take between 1-4 weeks. Overall im very happy with the service i received from everyone at the kiddiestore and highly recommend to anyone.

Rang Kiddie store at 3.45pm and ordered the Quinny Moood along with footmuff and carrycot. The staff we spoke to was very helpfull and the best thing about this company is that we recieved delivery the next morning 10.15am. Keep this up guys and I will surely recommend to my friends and family.

Never heard of them before and could'nt really find anything much about them as there were no reviews on the internet. Called them up to make sure they were a real company and spoke to a member of the sales team who answered every question i had, (and i had done my homework before hand). Really Helpful and reasuring. Really knew there stuff. Placed the order and received a text massage letting me know what time i should expect delivery. Order came at 10.30am as stated in the text and item was fab!!!.

Will deffo use again. Seem to be the cheapest i can find.

We feel that we should let every one know how grate the guy,s at the kiddie store are offering grate prices fast delivery and outstanding advice on there products....... We will be buying more baby things from thekiddiestore.co.uk.
