I've given this 5 stars out of 5 all round as I was extremely impressed.

I hadn't heard of this retailer before which made me slightly nervous, but went ahead and ordered anyway.

I'd been looking for the Bush Baby Elite 2010 edition rucksack for a few weeks and had been looking at Ebay and other sites. However, I found it cheaper on ThatCuteAge.com and thought Id risk ordering it.

The goods arrived on time and the communication was excellent. There was a slightly problem with the product (the new 2010 range didn't include a changing mat, whereas the 2009 range did and they hadn't updated their website to reflect this). I contacted them to ask them about this and they were very professional and very prompt with their reply.

They apologised and have sent me a changing mat that fits the rucksack changing bag free of charge.

Excellent all round - including price - very highly recommend based on my experience.
