Awful customer services. Ordered a back pack for my daughter in September 2013, waited six weeks no delivery so chased through email. Said they would send another, guess what. Yes that's right no delivery. Further emails followed requesting a full refund emails now being ignored. DO NOT USED. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Ordered a toy story comforter as couldn't source a full size anywhere else. Money taken, heard nothing else despite númerous emails, no reply, rip off

Received my items promptly and well before the estimated delivery date. I was a little worried because the items came from USA and contacted customer service. Received a response and assurance within 24 hours.

They said that most orders are delivered within 7-21 days because of the customs procedures. I got mine in 12 working days.

My kids are happy with the stuff because I couldn't get it anywhere here in UK.

I haven't got my order after 3 months. They already took my money. They don't answear when I try to contact them! Do you need more information ....

IVE ORDER A YO GABBA GABBA BACKPACK OVER A MONTH AGO AND HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM

Ordered a school bag and lunchbox for my Son from here. Didn't realise it would be shipped from America and unlikely to arrive within the 2 weeks until he starts school, Emailed them twice asking them to cancel this order, the first email send immediately after receiving the confirmation, and 2 days on I still have not heard from them. If these items do not appear I will be making this a legal issue!

I've ordered from Sunset Jungle a few times already... and every time I've been happy with my purchase. The price is good, the items I got have been great, and the delivery time is on time. This time however, I ordered from them while on our annual vacation with my family, and had some important items delivery for my son's much needed swim trunks that we forgot at home. Couldn't find some locally here. He's very particular. The trunks were exactly as expected and made it right on time. Very happy son and family :)

I was a little concerned ordering from them considering the stuff comes from the U.S.

Delivery didn't take as long as I expected and it came way before the birthday to my children's delight.

Stuff is fantastic as we can't get any of this here locally.

Over all we are so happy with our experience and will definitely order again and again and again.

I recommend this site for great kids stuff!
