I had no idea until today that this company was like this. I live in Andover and have been into the store and bought small items. I first used it when they were in the smaller shop at the top of Weyhill and then I used it when they moved down the road.

One thing I will say, I was never made to want to buy anything of big value as everything was so expensive. It was the type of shop that you would of found in Winchester or London, being a nanny myself it was the sort of shop the parents I work for would use, not me.

I will say it had funny working hours. It was closed allot and her responce was that they did more internet sales than in the shop, but I got the feeling that she was having issues staffing the place, she had small children herself, under 5 years I think, so she was probably being a hands on mum as well as doing the business. When I visited the shop or went past it was always full of boxes I felt causing a danger to shoppers. I also felt, if you were sending things out via email, you would not have them delivered to the shop and then sent out to people, you would get the supplier to send direct to save costs.

I then needed to buy a new pushchair but wanted to test it their before internet ordering, yes I know a bit cheaky, but her prices were to high, anyway her shop was gone and a wine shop was in its place. I thought she must have moved so I called the shop, she had apparently moved her shop to Picket Piece and one of the units up their, still in Andover. I ended up not going up as I was busy and then today I wanted to look at a pram and found all this out.

If I here of anything I will post, but I feel she has probably just closed down that site and stopped trading.

I will say, she seemed a nice women, you know the yummy mummy type. Maybe the business just went under but that is still no reason not to place this on the internet. I hope everyone gets their money.

I have ordered a mountain buggy last May which cost £369.00. I never received my good. They have replied that Supposed to receiving the good delivery by end of June between first week in July.

Again I contacted to them by email. They respond that I am sorry that Sorry to delay await from supply last June between July. I still didn't hear from them again. I tried to contact them several times but never reply me again.

I thought never get full refund from so baby.

I was seeking for advisor from consumer direct and C.A.B. Also have advised from my santander because I was paying £369.00 by my VISA DEBIT. Santander adviced me that I can get full refund because of proof of my transaction. That's brillaint

I applied for disclaim form and filled form in and sent to Santander's head of office few months ago but I have replied from head of office I was very disappointed that unfortunate I couldn't get refund because of running out of time. Again I have appeal to complaint to VISA DISPUTE one month ago while I have written letter to So Baby to get refund before christmas but I didn't hear from them so far.

I am very pleased that I have received full refund from VISA DISPUTE few days ago.

What a Shameful of So baby's bad repuation have ripped off to use all costumer's monies past months.

I admitted that I have learnt my lesson that I should read any reviews if good or bad repuation.

Steer well clear. Noticed now they have closed their website - I wonder why!?! If I could give it a negative star rating I would. I waited for months for my order, which never arrived. Eventually asked for a refund which I STILL haven't got!! It's now been 7 months!! Wish I could take these people to court! :o(

DONT EVER USE SO BABY!!!!!!!!

I placed an order with So baby on he 30/06/10 for a bugaboo changing bag. It was promised within 4 weeks, never arrived. Was promised a refund on 25/08/10-never recieved, they have been ignoring my emails since august, they NEVER answer the phone. I am going through trading standards at the moment to get my money back-DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!

Steer clear - the prices are good - if you ever get your order...!

I ordered a few products back in August, I never rec'd my full order - and have only now got a refund via paypal.

Customer service is very poor to say the least.

Ordered Bugaboo bag 1st September never recieved item, pestered them with emails and phone calls but never any reply in the end I Reported them to Hampshire Police finally got a refund 30 october. STAY WELL CLEAR

STAY WELL AWAY - Ten weeks later item still not received, no response to emails. Not even worth 1 star! I wish I had read these reviews before making a purchase!

I bought my item, received no communication, emailed them and enquired, was emailed back days later to be told it was out of stock! I was told it would be 2 or three weeks, then I emailed them...then told 3 more seeks pulus they would give me a free gift plus ship next day delivery. Nothing still 5 weeks later!

Apparently they have gone under, can't find the website anymore!

Promised my item in 4 weeks. They took a minimum of 10 days to answer any emails. After 4 months of lies and poor communication I asked for an honest answer about whether my product would arrive before my baby did and they refunded me with no apology or explanation. I cannot urge you enough NEVER to use this company.

If I had had any idea that they were this unreliable and that there communication and customer service was so poor I would have paid more, got the item elsewhere and I would not be stuck without a buggy board for my toddler with a new baby imminent.

Never place an order with sobaby. I made this mistake 3 months ago and never received my goods. I canceled my order and am still waiting for my refund. This means sobaby have had over £700 of my money for 3 months now. I find this shocking and do not wish anyone else to have go through this.

purchased the Mutsy three weeks ago and still yet to recieve this item. I have noticed today the website is no longer available. This company have now closed, internet states the company has now DESOLVED, this will happen 12th October 2010!!! Paid with debit card and will take a while to claim money back!!!!! wish i had of read these reviews before purchasing this item!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
