I have ordered a number of products from this company and have to say I have never encountered any problems with the staff. They have been most helpful when needing support. One of my orders was misplaced in the post and I phoned oober baby and spoke to lovely member of staff who was ever so helpful and dealt with my problem and sent out a new one that day. The order arrived over the next few days and the problem was solved.

I first found Oober Baby while searching for a children's "sling" bookcase in Google Shopping; their price was considerably lower than the competition. I placed my order, and received status updates by email - including one that the product was on order from the suppliers. I contacted them via email and it's fair to say the level of Customer Service I received was far and away the best of any retailer (online or high street) I have ever experienced. I would *highly* recommend this company.
