We chose to buy our buggy from this company because of the competitive price and we were not disappointed as the price, ordering system and delivery was seamless.

However , when a few months on our buggy started to go wrong I could not get hold of anyone. I contacted their customer service team through their website, messages them through their Facebook page but never got a response. I could not find a phone number for them any where!

It has been very stressful and the worst customer service experience I have had!

Do not get swayed by the discounts as the aftercare is not worth the money saved!
