The poppers on a all in one suit I purchased for my son do not stay closed. As he crawled around I found myself doing them up again and again until I gave up. I have my paperwork but no packaging as when I first opened the parcel and tried the items on I was more than happy with the fit and material quality. I wanted to speak to somebody from Nordic Kids to see how I can get the items refunded without paying myself to return them as they are faulty. I have called the land line four times leaving message after message and emailed once. NOTHING BACK AND ITS BEEN 4 DAYS. Not the service I expected from such and exspensive company !

The item was not the correct size. I left many messages (answer phone and email) to change the item and never received a response to either. Plus unlike most other websites that I have come across you have to pay to for postage to send the item back yourself. I have never had such a bad service with an online company.

Given how expensive the items are you would definitely expect better service.

I absolutely love bright and funky clothing for my little boy and Nordic kids provides the style and the quality I want. I am very satisfied with their goods and their service. I will certainly be ordering again.

I always like to buy special gifts and cool looking clothes for my nieces. Most online clothes stores for kids are pretty basic and the clothes for girls the usual choice of frilly girly or adult style clothes but mini sized.

Browsing, I came across Nordic Kids. They sell kids clothes from Scandinavian designers. They have some really fun designs, some are fairly pricey but good quality. I bought a cute dress in bright pink with a horse and yellow stars on. I haven't seen anything like it in any other shop and it was perfect for my niece. She was really pleased when she got it and tried wearing it for three days straight!

Well worth taking a look if you're bored of the usual clothes stores.
