My first order with Nappymania was delivered quickly, however, they sent Snappi Nappi nippas instead of the Nappi Nippas pictured. I thought they'd sent me a cheap imitation product and was not very happy until I did some research and it seems that they may be the same company, just with different names in different countries. Still not sure on that one... But anyway, I decided to place another order with them. This one was perfect, and again the delivery was very fast. So i felt happy to place a third order. Big mistake. I received an email to let me know that one of the items i ordered was not in stock and would i like to order the same product in a different size? No, i said, no thank you, I'd like to cancel my order. But strangely the emails i sent in reply were undelivered. So, after four days of trying to email back (i have a baby and I'm busy!) I made a phone call and left a message on the answerphone to cancel. Then ten minutes after calling, I got an email to say that my order has been dispatched. Annoyed and astonished that this has happened without them receiving my response (by this point i had placed an order of similar items elsewhere), I emailed back to enquire why. This email was delivered. And in response: Your order was dispatched before I received your phone message. And there's a message on my voicemail to say that I will need to send the items back as soon as i receive them in order to get a refund. Well, I didn't get around to it, didn't fancy spending more money on postage and packaging and well i needed the items as hadn't received my other order yet. I kept them but two were not the same as shown in the pictures on the website. Good thing i wasn't after a specific product really!
