Their website works and they will accept orders and take payment from your credit card. However, that is about all that seems to exist in relation to this company. It's been 4 weeks since I placed my order and despite receiving an immediate order confirmation and their usual promise of immediate delivery, the order is still shown as awaiting fulfillment when I log onto their website.

THEY DID HOWEVER DEDUCT FULL PAYMENT FROM MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY !!

I have since written numerous emails requesting order cancellation and a refund but they all remain unanswered and there doesn't seem to be anyone there to pick up their phone.

STEER WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

I ordered a large wooden rocking horse from MyKiddistore's website, paid via Paypal, then a few hours later received an automated Paypal refund email to say my order had been cancelled and the funds send back to me, but from MyKiddistore's bank account rather than the Paypal funds I had sent, meaning I have to wait a minimum of 7 days for the refund to reach me, how is this fair?! I have received no explanation or communication from MyKiddistore at all, despite sending them 2 facebook messages, 2 emails and having left 3 voicemails. I have called them every day this week and they have not answered the phone one. I am beginning to wonder if they're gone under. I just hope the Paypal refund actually clears next week!

Certainly would not recommend, terrible way to treat customers.

I placed an order and it came beautifully packaged the very next day. Was so happy just had to say I would highly recommend this company.

I recently ordered a Fabric Playpen for my youngest child. It's the first time I've ever ordered from mykiddistore and everything was perfect, delivery was fast and when the playpen arrived it was exactly as I had expected (if not better!), really reasonably priced too. Will definitely be using mykiddistore again now I know their service is so reliable, thoroughly recommended!

they must have a factory of oompaloompas in there or something because i ordered at 10am last wednesday and had my easy clean highchair by 11am on thursday!! no hassle, just what you need with an online company like this

MyKiddiStore is definitely my favourite place to buy online for my child! Easy to use website, extremely quick delivery, a great range of products with fantastic value for money! Would definitely recommend to my friends!

Ordered a fisher price jumperoo for my baby James. They were out of stock everyone - but mykiddistore came up trumps. I ordered at about 2 O'clock and I had the item delivered the following morning just after 9am!

I also got a text and an email with a one hour delivery slot so i didn't have to wait in all day.

Brilliant service and would definitiely reccomend to others. Since getting the jumperoo I have bookmarked them and used them for some bath toys and will contiune to shop with mykiddistore the next time I need something wither for my baby or a gift for a friends baby.

Today I tried to purcvhase something for my daughter as she is pregnant with her 2nd baby. I tried to buy a buggy holder. I had trouble and phoned mykiddistore customer service. They were extremely helpful and hekped me find what I wanted and even helped me checkout. They werent in a rush to get me off the phone and actually spent about 30 minutes with me as im not that great with computers - but got my son to help me with this review as they really went out of their way to help me and make me feel special and that doesn't happen very often these days, especially when buying online.

In sumary - I would highly reccomend anyone to mykiddistore - their prices were all cheaper than the recommended retail price and I even received a dispatched notification on the same day telling me when my item will be delivered! Talk about looking after the customer - these guys know how to do it.

10 out of 10 - I will certainly be back for more baby stuff very soon.
